On-Going Instructional Support
Research has shown that teachers learn best while teaching in their own classrooms. By using this approach, they are more able to then transfer new knowledge to future instructional practice.
HLC framework is designed to be a job embedded, on-going, differentiated approach to teacher professional learning. Teachers collaborate for a minimum of one full academic year.
